Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes it is not possible to keep an appointment. To consider our therapists and other clients, we ask you to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This can be done by phone or email.

Your cancellation is confirmed once we have received your call or read your email.

Is it not possible to cancel in time? For appointments with our skin therapist, we charge a 100 euro cancellation fee in that case. For appointments with other healthcare providers within Soap, these costs do not apply.
