DOCTORS AT SOAP cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore process only data that we need for performing (and improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and the use of our services with care.

We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and software for calendar management. The effective date for the validity of these terms is 26-03-2024, with the publication of a new version all previous versions lapse.  Online shop software Magento

Our online shop has been developed with software from Magento. Personal data that you provide to us for our services will be shared with this party. Magento has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for another purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Magento is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption, a strong password policy, and secure data storage. Magento reserves the right to share collected data within its own group and affiliated partners to further improve the service. Magento takes into account the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data.

Web hosting

Our online shop has been developed with software from Magento, we have chosen another party for our web hosting.

Personal data that you provide to us for our services are shared with this party. Our web hosting party has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for another purpose. Our web hosting adheres to legal standards regarding the implementation of appropriate security measures to be taken. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
 Email and mailing lists

Our website uses an external party to handle the email traffic originating from
our website and possibly sending newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the servers of this provider. The execution and management will be done by our own employees. Your name and email address will never be used for own purposes.

At the bottom of every email that is automated via our website, you see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on it, you will no longer receive any email from our website. This can severely diminish the functionality of our website!
 

Reviews

We collect reviews through the platform of Salonized and Kliniekervaringen.nl. If you leave a review via our website, you are required to provide your name and email address. Salonized and Kliniekervaringen.nl share this information with us so that we can link the review to your order or treatment. Salonized and Kliniekervaringen.nl have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. We never publish your email and full name, only your first name and the content of the review.
 
 Purpose of data processing

We use your data exclusively for our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If your request is honored, we will send you a confirmation that the data has been adjusted to the email address known to us.

You always have the right to restrict the data that we (have) processed, which relate to you or can be traced back to you. You can make a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is honored, we will send you a confirmation that the data will no longer be processed until you remove the restriction.
