Was here last week for a follow up after my first treatment and I have to say, the consistency in the level of care here is impressive. Every staff member I've spoken to has been knowledgeable, friendly, and never makes you feel rushed. The clinic itself is beautifully designed - calming without feeling clinical. I've recommended soap to multiple friends already and will continue to do so. Worth every euro.

My appointment was with Neeltje and I can really recommend everyone to book with her. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave honest advice (even discouraged me from a treatment that didn't suit me) and the treatment itself was almost painless. Have been back twice since and will keep coming. The location in Utrecht is very accessible and the atmosphere is luxurious but not uncomfortable. 10/10.

Eerste keer filler en ik was best zenuwachtig eerlijk gezegd. Neeltje stelde me direct gerust, vroeg goed door wat ik wilde en wat juist niet. Tussendoor bleef ze checken of het comfortabel was. Resultaat is heel subtiel en natuurlijk, dus precies wat ik hoopte. Volgende afspraak staat al.
