Labiaplasty recovery, step by step
Recovery after a labiaplasty already starts in the clinic. The procedure takes about 30 to 45 minutes under local anaesthesia, you come round calmly in our recovery room and you go home the same day. At home you follow your personal instructions, and at set moments we check how it is going.

FROM INTAKE TO CHECK-UP
Everyone recovers at their own pace. That is why you get personal instructions from us that fit your situation, and we follow you from the intake to the last check-up.
Before the procedure. Beforehand you hear what you can arrange yourself: for example around medication and supplements, smoking and alcohol, transport home and rest and support in the first days.
The day itself. The procedure is done under local anaesthesia and takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Afterwards you come round in the recovery room, and once everything is fine you go home the same day.
At home. You follow the instructions you receive about wound care, medication, showering and moving. So you know exactly what you can do and when.
The check-ups. At set moments we look together at how your recovery is going.

The first hours after your labiaplasty
You are treated by a surgeon, supported by two dedicated surgical assistants. Everything happens with the greatest possible discretion and care.
Afterwards you come round relaxed in our recovery room, where everything for your recovery is ready. The treatment team keeps an eye on you and clearly explains what you can expect in the first days.
Do not drive yourself afterwards. Arrange for someone to pick you up and accompany you at home.

Work, sport and intimacy after your labiaplasty
When you go back to work, start exercising or are intimate again depends on your situation. Your surgeon discusses it with you beforehand, and it is also in the instructions you receive afterwards.
The recovery and the expected recovery time are already discussed at the intake. So you know beforehand how much time you want to keep free, and you arrange everything at home before you come to the clinic.

In a labiaplasty the surgeon carefully removes excess tissue and brings the labia into proportion, with minimally visible scars as a result.

Aftercare after your labiaplasty

The consult, the check-ups and the removal of the stitches all take place in our Soap Clinics. Do you have a question between two check-ups? You do not have to wait until your next appointment, because the clinic can always be reached.

A labiaplasty costs €1,999 for both sides, which is almost always needed. If exceptionally only one side is needed, the procedure costs €1,399. Our prices are the same at all our locations and can be found under surgery prices.
