Michiel Tellier has been working as a plastic surgeon at the Isala hospital in Zwolle for 27 years. Dr. Tellier specializes in cosmetic surgery, but also breast reconstructions, cleft lip and palate, and congenital anomalies are within his area of treatment.
His love for the profession arose after he was run over by a motorboat during a windsurfing competition at the age of sixteen. He was then treated for a facial injury by a plastic surgeon in Utrecht.
